Design & Prototyping - With Solidworks, we work with you to design marine towers and products that enhance your boat's appeal. Our Product Development team is dedicated to creating products that not only attract people to your brand but also ensure structural integrity. We have stress testing capabilities and strictly adhere to your company’s standards. At MTS, prototyping for tower marine products is always complimentary if it transitions to a production item. We manufacture all our jigs from steel to consistently and accurately produce multiple pontoon towers. Once the prototype is complete, we send you the initial product for pictures, testing, and more. You'll appreciate collaborating with us because we don’t inflate prototyping costs as our competitors do. We are a production company committed to delivering high-quality marine tower products on schedule, ensuring durability that outlasts the competition. NOBODY can beat our prices; if you have a product already in production and need a quote, send us a print, and you’ll be impressed with our pricing. Unlike our competition, we don’t engage in flex pricing.
Production – As mentioned, we specialize in producing a range of small to large volume products, including marine towers. Our brand-new Free form CNC pipe bender can bend ½” to 3” schedule 40 pipe. We work with various shapes, including three different D-shape tubes, multiple ovals, and custom extruded materials. We source all our materials directly from extruders, eliminating the middleman. The anodized pipe is back! We operate a full line of pipe polishing equipment, followed by anodizing the pipe ourselves. This approach helps us keep costs down since we don’t have to purchase anodized pipe like our competitors, allowing us to offer lower prices. All our products, including pontoon towers, are TIG welded by highly experienced welders, and every item, large or small, undergoes a strict inspection process. Our full-line CNC machine shop constructs all our parts using high-quality 6061-T6 aluminum. Additionally, we provide in-house powder coating using only marine-grade powders from trusted brands. Each powder-coated product goes through a sanding process and a two-stage wash to ensure the strongest bond possible. We also operate our own trucks and use a 40' trailer, ensuring delivery is never an issue.
